Hang on a sec, what’s that last paragraph say?
*(in fact many insist it’s perfectly average)

Nice. I’m getting 45-50MPH with 8-12+.
![]() 01/03/2018 at 13:56 |

that sounds like an average snow storm to me.

Oh, you can count on significant dorifto, alright.
![]() 01/03/2018 at 13:57 |

That’s ‘cause you’re only like 50 miles from me

Only if I can get out of my driveway

haha. all we are getting is the daily 1-3 inchs off the lake and a bunch of wind. basically just my life till march.. no wait, may. I’m hoping for a big one this year though! I’d love to see a 18 plus in 24/hr type of storm. they keep missing us.

I’m getting 0 inches whereas a town 50 miles from me is getting pounded
![]() 01/03/2018 at 14:01 |

i’m not worried about the accumulation, the wind on the other hand can go blow a goat.
![]() 01/03/2018 at 14:11 |

Yeah, 4-7 inches is good. Any more than that and it’s a pain in the ass. ;)

still only rain here... blowing up a right storm outside
(in fact its windy enough that noahs ark broke free and wrecked a load of little boats.... wich amuses me greatly.... but clearly.. the end is nigh!)

Probably not the best weekend to head up to CT...but oh well!

Some people can handle it deeper with lots of practice.

It’ll blow a goat all right... straight across the field.
![]() 01/03/2018 at 15:27 |

Yay! That’s the same forecast we’re about to get tonight/tomorrow as well...
![]() 01/03/2018 at 16:41 |

Thats cape and islands though, probably a foot for the rest of us :(
![]() 01/03/2018 at 17:14 |

It’s all in how you use it.

Jeez I have a flight out Friday morning, this might get ugly.
![]() 01/03/2018 at 17:31 |

Flights into Boston are already being preemptively delayed.

My parents are getting 8-12 out of this but it will be the fluffy stuff. I would take that over 4-7 of wet snow any day.
Actually, I lied. I’d take sunshine and 60 degree temps. Which I do because I moved to the Bay Area 5 years ago. :D
![]() 01/03/2018 at 18:28 |

Yeah, you just have to go slow and be careful.
![]() 01/03/2018 at 18:29 |
|
Very, very carefully.
![]() 01/03/2018 at 18:34 |
|
And don’t forget about the slippery stuff or you might get hurt.
![]() 01/03/2018 at 20:12 |
|
“What’s it like out there?”
“There’s 12 inches and it’s very slippery”
*runs outside immediately*
![]() 01/03/2018 at 20:15 |

If you look up your face will get covered in white stuff.
![]() 01/03/2018 at 20:32 |
|
I’d better stop now...
![]() 01/03/2018 at 20:35 |
